TERMS: Deposits will be applied to any open balances first. Any balance owed is due when bill is rendered. A 1.5% finance charge will be added to all accounts 30
days past due (18% per year) plus attorney9s fees.
RETURN POLICY: Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging. A 15% restocking fee will be charged
for all electronics orders. Special and custom orders are nonrefundable.
DISCLAIMER: Some services may need to be subcontracted through the marina where the boat is located, depending upon terms and conditions of your contract.
